Over the years, Bronwyn has gathered senior level management experience across such disciplines as strategic planning, brand and consumer marketing, global sales and business development with large Fortune 50 companies such as P&G and Coca-Cola. She’s worked in CPG, advanced technology, startups, public sector social projects and entertainment. A strong track record in strategic alliance and executive level partnership management, contract negotiation, M&A, cross functional team leadership. Bronwyn has worked on projects in Asia, Europe, and South America.She is now an entrepreneur and CEO of her own innovation and advanced technology lab – Subkulture Innovation – where she helps organization disrupt their work to become leaders versus followers in the space of new technologies. With 25 years of deep industry experience, Bronwyn’s mantra is Einstein’s: You can’t solve a problem with the same mind that created it. Bronwyn’s global view is further enhanced by her love and practice of design and as a meditation coach at Bliss In Me Meditation. She’s a TEDxBoard Alum, Founder of Black Women In STEM, Founder at World Water Relief. Bronwyn is a graduate of the University of Illinois.



Ben Armstrong, VP of Customer Operations, Groundfloor

Ben serves as our VP of Customer Operations. He collaborates with borrowers to present deals for funding and is responsible for the overall customer experience of borrowers and lenders alike. Ben has held various roles in the Financial Services, Technology and Consumer Products Industries. Ben worked with Brian to help launch Republic Wireless and prior to that he was an Associate in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking Division. Ben received his Masters in Finance from London Business School and has an MBA from Emory University. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Todd Miller, Founder and President, Zifty and Co-Founder of SlingShop

Todd has always been an avid computer programmer and technology enthusiast. After earning degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech, he moved to Atlanta to work on a PhD in Computer Science at Georgia Tech. A few years into his studies he was intrigued by the idea of instantaneous delivery and founded Zifty.com in 2003. The company quickly took off, so he left grad school to pursue Zifty full-time. Zifty has been on the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing companies four years running and was just named to the Forbes list of 25 Best Small Businesses. Todd also co-founded SlingShop in 2013, a business-to-business delivery service to fulfill the needs of local companies that want to offer same-day delivery but without the hassle of managing the drivers and logistics themselves.
