Michael Wilson, Chief Investment Officer, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management


Mike Wilson is Chief Investment Officer, Chair of the Global Investment Committee and Head of Research for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He is also a member of the Morgan Stanley Retirement Plan Investment Committee and Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s Management Committee. Mike began his career with the firm in 1989 as an investment banker. Between 1995 and 2012, he held numerous positions within Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equity Division, including the Head of Content Distribution for North American Equities between 2009 and 2012. During 2012, he assumed his current roles at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Mike holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, both with honors.
