Dev Ahuja is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Novelis Inc. In this role, Dev oversees all aspects of the company’s financial functions and activities including accounting, treasury, global financial planning and analysis, global tax compliance, investor relations and finance transformation. During his tenure at Novelis, Dev has led the company through organic initiatives and transactions to drive shareholder value and return on capital employed, including $8 billion dollars of M&A financing and debt refinancing transactions and a key joint venture transaction in Asia.

Dev serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers, the largest manufacturing association in the United States. He is also on the Advisory Board of the Atlanta CFO Roundtable.
