Donald Beamer

President & CFO, Monsieur

Donald is President and CFO of Monsieur, an Atlanta based hardware company dedicated to elevating your cocktail experience and building the largest technology platform for the sale, marketing and consumption of spirits. Prior to joining Monsieur he spent several years in financial services as an Institutional Relationship Manager at BlackRock, and most recently was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Donald graduated from Georgia Tech in 2005 with a BS in Economics and from the Wharton School in 2013 with an MBA in Management and Marketing. He is also a CFA Charterholder with Retired Status. 


Martin Fleischmann
CEO & co-founder, Farrago Comics

Marty is a veteran entrepreneur, guiding companies through several stages. He co-founded and ran online insurance lead generation firm MostChoice in 2000; it hit #80 on the Inc500 in 2006 and was #1 on Deloitte's Georgia Tech Fast 50, #4 in 2007, had a $10M run rate with 40% margins in 2008. He was a Catalyst Magazine Top 25 Atlanta entrepreneur three years in a row. Before MostChoice Marty spent a year at AutoTrader.com in its infancy in 1999, and before that seven years in management consulting in D.C. and Atlanta. He created EnergyFool.com in 2011-12 as an energy efficiency lead service, then in 2012-14 Marty was CMO at an online education company and consulted on marketing strategy for the C-level at the leading non-profit online university. Since mid-2014 he has focused on growing Farrago Comics, which aims to be the “Spotify for Comic Books”.

Marty founded and chairs the Atlanta Business Chronicleʼs 40 Under 40 Alumni Group, and as an active member of the 21st Century Leaders board helped bring them together to create and present the 20 Under 20 Awards. Marty earned a B.A. magna cum laude with distinction in Economics from Yale, where he was a coxswain on the heavyweight crew team, and has an MBA from Wharton Business School, where he was managing editor of the Wharton Journal, coxed, and was in the cast of the Wharton Follies.


Brian Hankin
Founder & Managing Partner, Minds for Hire

As soon as Brian heard the word “entrepreneur” as a young child, he knew that was his calling. He loves to create something from nothing, either within a company structure of on his own. He has been a part of creating more than 10 new-to-market companies and brands in his 20+ year innovation career.

Brian is a Managing Partner of Inflexion Innovation Center of Excellence, which helps companies launch new businesses and brands. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Minds for Hire, a marketing-focused staffing and recruitment company. Prior to that he founded and sold (r)evolution, an innovation and marketing strategy consulting company to Prophet where he served as a Partner and on the US Leadership Team.

As a marketing practitioner, he worked in the brand group at The Coca-Cola Company where he co-developed Dasani bottled water and managed the Barq’s, Mello Yello, and Mr. Pibb Brands. Brian holds an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA magna cum laude from Tufts University. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children. 


Seth Roseman

CEO & President of Payless Décor

Seth Roseman has been the CEO and President of Payless Décor, a window treatment manufacturer, distributor and retailer, for the past 8 years. In 2007 he collaborated with investors to turnaround and grow the business. Prior to this Seth led the Digital Marketing and eCommerce functions at EarthLink. Seth is an experienced operator and marketer having led businesses and business units for 15+ years. He received an MBA from the Wharton School in 2002 and a BSE from the University of Michigan in 1995.
