Hosted at The Florrest, this event offers a unique opportunity to step away from the daily hustle and immerse yourself in a serene setting. Under the guidance of Mena, who specializes in retreats that foster team bonding, collaboration, and personal growth, you will experience wellness activities such as yoga, sound healing, contemplative walks, and more.

The Florrest is a 153-acre retreat center in Georgia designed for deep rest, connection, and transformation. The property features modern domes, hiking trails, creeks, wooden bridges, and tree swings, offering a peaceful escape into nature.
For relaxation and rejuvenation, The Florrest also includes a sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, and pool, allowing guests to unwind and integrate their experiences in a serene environment.

Mena Teijeiro ('03) is the founder of The Florrest, a 153-acre retreat sanctuary in Georgia designed for team-building, leadership development, and deep connection experiences. Before founding The Florrest, Mena co-founded an internet startup, worked with investment bankers on growth strategy, and later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in business recovery, gaining deep insights into leadership and team dynamics. Now, she blends her business expertise with Biofield Tuning, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing to help teams and leaders align their energy, sharpen intuition, and foster meaningful collaboration.
