The Ukrainian military shocked the international community by holding off the Russian armed forces and preventing them from taking the capital and other important areas. As the war enters its second month and Moscow rethinks its objectives, Perry World House is hosting a conversation with Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations Sergiy Kyslytsya to discuss the changing nature of the war and his efforts to get the United Nations to take action against Russia's aggression. He will also talk about how the West can assist Ukraine and its people. Join us for this event with one of Ukraine's leading diplomats, in conversation with Perry World House Visiting Fellow and Philadelphia Inquirer columnist Trudy Rubin. This is a hybrid event.
