Mo Massaquoi is a global keynote speaker, former UGA / NFL wide receiver, and founder / managing principal at VESSOL.

During his time at the University of Georgia, Mo was the 2008 overall team captain, a first-team All-Southeastern Conference player, and an Academic All-SEC member. After his time at UGA, Mo was a 2nd-round pick by the Cleveland Browns. In 2017, a life-altering ATV accident resulted in the amputation of his left hand, deepening his insights into resilience and adaptability. Mo served on the UGA alumni board from 2017-2020. Today, he leverages his compelling experiences to help organizations navigate transition, build resilience, and build high-performance teams.
