Hi everyone,
This is a friendly reminder of our next call on Tuesday, May 6th at 1 pm Eastern. Our monthly calls alternate between hosting guest speakers and facilitating networking sessions. The May call is a NETWORKING call. We believe there is tremendous value in connecting with fellow board directors and executives aspiring to serve on boards.
To kick off an engaging exchange, we’ll begin with a brief presentation on BOARD CULTURE.
As part of the Wharton Governance Hub—an initiative that brings together MBA students and experienced Wharton alumni board directors—Carl Federoff WG'25 will share a project presentation in Quick Reference Guide form. This presentation draws from a conversation with Shaz Kahng WG’89, insights from MGMT 6250: Corporate Governance and Executive Boards, and independent research. It highlights best practices that shape healthy board cultures, help navigate conflict, and build governance resilience for future challenges.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Wharton MBA Reunion Weekend 2025. We have 2 events.
1) Once again, Wharton Alumni for Boards will moderate an official All Class reunion panel on corporate governance during Reunion weekend. We are excited to meet up with our WAFB members from classes ending in a 0 or 5, but remember that you can also register for the event as non-reunion alumni here: Wharton MBA Reunion 2025 Website. Once registered, you will see the following in the schedule for Saturday May 17th from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
2) We are also organizing a WORKSHOP on AI, Cyber Risk and the boardroom on Friday, May 16th from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. SIGN UP HERE so we can better gauge attendance.
