- Aspiring Directors: February is perfect timing ahead of proxy season. Discuss which sectors and companies you are targeting and how your skills are relevant to current and emerging board needs.
- Experienced Directors: How does your board identify emerging skill gaps (AI, cybersecurity, geopolitical risk, capital markets, etc.)? Is the board matrix a meaningful decision tool — or more of a governance formality?

Once again, Wharton Alumni for Boards will moderate an official All-Class reunion panel on corporate governance during Reunion weekend. William Velez WG'06 is coordinating the committee to organize that event.
