5 Pandemic-Tested Crisis Management Lessons for All Leaders

The Covid-19 pandemic brought out the crisis manager in everyone, causing us all to rewrite our playbooks. Over the past 2+ years, we’ve had to quickly adapt, pivot, and learn new ways to be effective and efficient.

Now that the dust is settling, and things are returning to a semblance of normal, do we simply shelve those pandemic-driven, crisis managing approaches and return to business as usual? The answer is a resounding ‘no.’ Because it’s not a question of if there will be another crisis, only when, and of what magnitude.

Whether it’s a leadership overhaul, restructuring, social media blowup, supply chain disaster, internal morale nosedive, or any number of possibilities, you’ll want these 5 pandemic-tested crisis management lessons in your arsenal – regardless of your role or industry.
